Our services

Wind Blade Maintenance and Repair Our highly qualified technical team, supported by specialist engineers, has extensive experience in wind blade maintenance processes. We carry out inspections and repairs using different access methods, both on the ground and up-tower: Internal Region: Access in a confined space. External Region: Access on the ground, articulated platforms, ropes/rappel or modern suspended platforms. We act preventively with inspections using HD cameras, videos, SPDA conductivity checks and ultrasound. We offer corrective repairs of different severity and recovery or retrofit campaigns.

Blade Repair

High Complexity General and Structural Repairs Our teams are capable of carrying out a wide variety of repairs, from cosmetic to complex structural, including: Root repairs affecting multiple layers Damage to the sparcap or core due to cracks or spalling. Reconstruction of blade tips, often caused by atmospheric discharges

Internal Inspections

and external

We carry out inspections of wind blades from receipt and assembly to operation. Our experienced technicians are trained to identify and classify damage such as cracks, delamination and peeling. We use HD ground cameras and videoscopy for internal and external visual inspections.

Ultrasound (UT) Inspections

Ultrasonic inspection maps critical regions of blades, such as bonding areas, to identify defects not visible to the naked eye and assess the extent of damage. Carried out by N2 certified technicians, inspections can take place on the ground, up-tower or in the factory.

O&M Shovels

Weighing and Balancing Blades in the Field We weigh blades to calculate weight, momentum and balance, adjusting the mass in the blade's internal balancing boxes as needed.
